A leadership development program equipping people to thrive in a highly changing World

We are on a search for 35 emerging leaders from East Africa who desire to take that next bold move to impact the world around them and beyond.

Emerging leaders and entrepreneurs will be supported by bridging leadership and innovation gaps to start or run successful businesses or social ventures and lead social change in their communities and countries.

Our program takes on a holistic approach to developing leaders that work at the mindset level (leading self), the skill level(leading others), and the strategic thinking level(leading change) to support emerging leaders in achieving their socail change mission.

Learn how to develop your leadership & entrepreneurship toolkit from founders, mentors, and experts.

Online Activities

The Program is delivered through online lectures by LeadMinds Africa facilitators, invited mentors, experts, and founders and through group group live activities around challenges.

1:1 Mentoring

Sessions of 1:1 mentoring with local and global experts, mentors, and successfuly leaders & entrepreneurs committed to supporting you to continue your impact.

Action Learning Practice

At the end of the program, each fellow will be tasked to work on an idea or project for impact in the world.

Badge of Honor:

Earn a LeadMinds Africa certificate upon successful completion of the program.

Application Process

Applying for this fellowship program is an easy three-step process that we've designed to save time and ensure a timely response.

  1. Apply

    Our application is simple. Tell us about your idea or journey (future you desire to create) or venture (if you have one), and what you think your life's purpose is. Include what makes you unique!

  2. Interview

    After receiving your application, we will schedule a 30-minute on zoom/GoogleMeet/WhatsApp interview with a member of our team to learn moreabout your background.

    Payment plans: A member of our team will discuss with you the payment plan which includes offering payment installments.

    Program Fee: $300

  3. Get Notified

    After the interview, you will receive an admissions decision within 1-2 weeks. Once accepted into the program, our team will communicate other details of the program and we demand full commitment from each fellow accepted.
